Jason Segel says Hillary won’t work with him…yet

Actor and filmmaker Jason Segel said that he has tried to get Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to appear in a film with him, but the former First Lady has declined…for now.

Politico reports that Segel made the revealed last week on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” that he asked Clinton to appear in a project, but that she graciously turned him down in a letter.

“I was delighted to read about your interest in sharing the big screen with me,” she wrote, “As you can imagine, I am a little occupied at the moment, but perhaps one day I can help you forget Sarah Marshall…again.”

The Secretary of State made one stipulation, however, “My only condition is that there be Muppets involved, and that is non-negotiable.”
