A group of Los Angeles police may have come up with one of the more bizarre findings ever, allegedly locating a pair of lungs on a sidewalk Sunday evening.

According to The CBS Los Angeles, authorities responded to a call from a woman who located the unusual sight of organs.

“We don’t know what they are, it’s really weird,” Sergeant Robert Dean told The Los Angeles Times.

The cops picked up the item and delivered it to the corner’s office for additional testing to determine if it was human lungs.
