Anti-Semitic Elmo impersonator in NYC taken to the hospital

An man impersonating the Sesame Street character Elmo who shouted obscenities and ranted against “the Jews” was taken away in an ambulance on Sunday. The New York Times reported that the crazed Elmo was apprehended by police in New York City’s Central Park Zoo. As he was handcuffed, he advised the officers to “read The International Jew by Henry Ford.” He was taken to Metropolitan Hospital Center for a psychological evaluation.
