Naked Chinese woman blocks ambulance carrying husband’s lover

A woman in China is facing the death penalty after she ran over her husband’s lover and her 4-year-old daughter and then stripped naked to block an ambulance from taking them to the hospital.

Zhang Shih is suspected of crashing her car into Wang Lu and her 4-year-old daughter over the weekend in Linyi, Shandong province in eastern China, according to the Daily Mail.

The mistress was carrying her daughter on the on the back of her bike when Shih allegedly hit them head-on. When emergency responders tried to take the mother and unconscious daughter to the hospital, Shih threw off her clothes and laid down in front of the ambulance.

“She kept everyone who tried to help them away,” a police spokesman explained. “Then when an ambulance turned up she stripped off all her clothes and lay down in front of the vehicle to stop it taking the victims to hospital.”

In a cellphone video posted to the Chinese video sharing website YouKu, Shih can be seen at one point trying to pull the girl from the ambulance. Reports said she also punched a paramedic, causing him to drop the girl.

The 4 year old later died and her mother is still in critical condition, according to Beijing Shots.

Shih was charged with murder and attempted murder. She could face the death penalty if found guilty.
