Cookie Monster spoofs ubiquitous ‘Call Me Maybe’ in song about sharing

The inescapable, irresistible Carly Rae Jepsen song “Call Me Maybe” took America by storm this summer, inspiring even Jepsen, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots to do their own version the song (with the help of some classroom instruments). So it’s perhaps unsurprising that the creators of “Sesame Street” and Cookie Monster would get in on the action.

Cookie Monster, however, is only interested in cookies, not hard-bodied young men who mow lawns. So he doesn’t want anyone to call him. He just wants someone to share their cookie, maybe.
