Little Jeampier Silvera Arteta had been missing for 24 hours when rescue workers in the Colombian city of Barranquilla found the three year old in a sewer under the street, desperately holding on to keep from being swept away by the water.

The tot had been last seen playing with his brothers on a building site, and he may have fallen through a drainage hole. Jeampier was quickly rushed to the hospital, where he was found to have no serious injuries.
