Actor and writer Duva Christopher uploaded a video to YouTube on Tuesday that mocks Republican White House hopeful Mitt Romney.

The song, based on “American Idiot” by pop-punk band Green Day, blasts Romney for his plan to increase military spending while cutting taxes for the rich.

“Welcome to a Mitt Romney nation, just the same as the Bush administration, but we’ve invited Paul Ryan along,” the lyrics say.

The video also features quotes from former Republican presidential candidates Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Michele Bachmann, and Rick Perry.

“So if you’ve got some millions to invest, or want to vote against your own interest, well then yeah, Romney’s your guy,” the song concludes.
