During a speech to Florida delegates on Tuesday, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) was heckled numerous times by anti-corporate protesters.

“We demand that the GOP stop whoring themselves out to the big money interests that are raping this planet and trying to squeeze every last dime out of the working class,” a man stood up and shouted while Rubio was speaking at the Innisbrook Golf and Spa Resort.

“I guess he’s not happy with the hotel assignment,” Rubio replied, laughing. “Apparently he stumbled into the wrong convention. Did he eat the food?”

Shortly afterward, another heckler stood up and shouted at Rubio, interrupting his speech yet again.

“Hey Rubio! Corporations need to pay their fair share,” the woman yelled.

Rubio was interrupted two more times before ending his speech. The protesters were affiliated with the pro-union group Stand Up Florida. They were escorted out of the ballroom and given trespass warnings.
