Shooter with assault rifle killed two and self in New Jersey supermarket

Police said at least three people were killed Friday morning after a man walked into a New Jersey supermarket allegedly wearing body armor and opened fire with an AK-47, according to WPIX in New Jersey.

Police reportedly confronted man in his 20s who was a former employee of the Pathmark grocery store in Old Bridge, New Jersey, but he killed two individuals before turning the gun on himself. He reportedly entered the store just before 4 a.m. while employees were stocking the shelves, and no customers were inside.
