Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney addressed the 33rd Annual U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce National Convention in Los Angeles on Monday.

According to excerpts provided to CNN, Romney will present a plan to “permanently fix our immigration system,” which many see as an appeal to the Hispanic vote. According to a recent Gallup poll, Obama is currently leading 64 percent to 27 percent among Hispanic voters.
