Jon Stewart mocks NFL labor dispute, hires Patrick Stewart as a scab
On his show Wednesday night, Daily Show host Jon Stewart took on the NFL referee strike, which unexpectedly caused a national uproar after replacement referees made questionable calls during Monday night football. Inspired by the strike, The Daily Show correspondents started a picket line of their own. But their action backfired when Stewart realized famed actor Patrick Stewart had replaced senior correspondent John Oliver.
