A pizza delivery driver in New York was arrested Saturday afternoon for allegedly raping a woman who lives in the apartment building where he just delivered a pizza, according to the New York Daily News.

Sixteen-year-old Cesar Lucas is accused of breaking into the home of a 35-year-old woman and sexually assaulting her after delivering a pizza to one of the woman’s neighbors. Lucas reportedly attacked the woman as she lay in bed with her seven year-old daughter.

The woman told the Daily News that Lucas briefly assaulted her for less than a minute, apologized, and then walked out. Police quickly tracked Lucas down and arrested him at his pizza shop shortly after the incident.

According to the Daily News, Lucas delivered a pizza to an Upper West Side apartment around 12:30 Saturday morning, and then walked down the hallway turning doorknobs doors until he found one, the victims, unlocked.

Lucas has a prior arrest for burglarizing a home—a crime committed while also making a delivery earlier this year.
