“You can eat all of it, except for the plastic and the fabric,” said chocolatier Frédéric Cassel. “You can lick it, you can eat all the drops here, the flowers. So there’s a lot you can eat.”
Cassel and his team create a chocolate dress each year for a show. They hose each one in liquid nitrogen to keep their beautiful — and delectable — creations from melting on stage.
