Obama and Romney meet in 8-bit Ultimate Street Fighter-style election showdown

College Humor released an Ultimate Street Fighter-style election parody on Monday that pits an 8-bit basketball-dribbling Barack Obama against “corporate climber” Mitt Romney.

Political nerds who remember playing the button-masher as a kid might get a kick out of the fighters hitting each other with campaign memes. Romney shoots “pink slips” at Obama, who powers up with a “green energy boost.” When Romney goes for a “fundraiser recharge,” he instead gets a “leaked video,” which weakens him with a “47 percent-alty.” Each candidate gets a “veep assist” and Romney keeps fighter Obama on his toes with a “position reversal” supermove.
