In this video from Tuesday night, LGBT activists in Minnesota find out that they have defeated a proposed amendment to the state’s constitution banning same sex marriage.

The first two and a half minutes of the clip are fairly sedate, with Campaign Manager Richard Carlbom of Minnesotans United for All Families thanking the volunteers and sponsors who made the fight against the amendment possible, and who have helped get out the vote.

Then, at about the 3 minute mark, word came that the amendment failed, and happy pandemonium ensued.
