As it turns out, the newly released “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” sees Petraeus filling in as Secretary of Defense in the year 2025, serving under a very Hillary Clinton-like female president. It also features an aircraft carrier called the “USS Barack Obama,” according to Kotaku, where a nefarious terrorist is brought to face the steely-eyed former general.
The game’s story revolves around a mysterious hacker hijacking the military’s fleet of drone aircraft and using them to attack world leaders — not exactly realistic, but spooky enough to convince convicted felon and conservative icon Oliver North to hop onboard. Unlike North, however, Petraeus had nothing to do with the game’s production.
Activision’s “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” was released Tuesday morning for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC.
