A video released by environmental group TckTckTck captures Lord Christopher Monckton, a longtime climate-change denier and conspiracy theorist as he impersonates a delegate from Myanmar in his latest attempt to reject theories against global warming.

Set in part to “Yakety Sax,” the video shows Monckton’s latest prank, at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Qatar Thursday.

According to De Smog Blog, Moncton was subsequently barred from both the conference and any event put on by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and will most likely be asked to leave the country.

“Our new council has two small concerns about this process,” Monckton said while usurping the delegate’s chair. “In the 16 years we have been coming to these events there has been no global warming at all.”

Monckton, who, as The Telegraph reported, is a Lord by bloodline and not a member of the parliamentry House of Lords in Great Britain, then said taking action to prevent the phenomenon would cost more than adapting to it.

Earlier this year, the UK Independence Party disavowed Monckton, who also claimed that the odds President Barack Obama is “actually eligible” for his office to be one in 62.5 quintillion, calling him a “17th-century pamphleteer.”
