
Public transportation users on one subway train in Ukraine’s capital city, Kiev, were surprised to look up and find that apparently it was snowing inside their subway car.
The person who shot the video speculated that perhaps the filters in the train’s air uptake had been removed, allowing outside air to blow in unimpeded, which could explain why, as they rode home, these passengers were all sprinkled with a light dusting of ice crystals.
