A Delaware couple was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a canine, according to court records obtained by The Delaware State News.

Samantha L. Golt, 24, was allegedly photographed by James P. Crow, 25, having sex with the animal. Those photographs were turned over to police on December 28 by a concerned citizen, but it was not clear how that person came to possess the images.

Although photos did not show Crow engaging in sexual activity with the dog, Delaware’s bestiality law includes people who induce others to engage in unlawful acts with animals.

Golt and Crow were each charged with one count of bestiality and second-degree conspiracy, both felony crimes. They face up to seven years in prison and lifetime registry in a sex offender database.
