If you are contemplating suicide, please visit the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline to chat with a crisis counselor, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or connect with TTY via 800-799-4889.

Veterans contemplating suicide can also call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1, chat online or send a text message to 838255.

All of these resources are staffed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
