The Senate Foreign Relations Committee holds a hearing on John Kerry’s nomination to be the next secretary of state. Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) will preside and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) will introduce Sen. Kerry.
