Naked man leads California cops on foot chase after pooping on car roof
El Cajon police on Tuesday said that that a foot chase with naked man who spread feces on the roof of a car had ended with his arrest.
While responding to reports of a prowler at around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning, El Cajon police observed a man “standing on top of a Toyota Camry, smearing feces on the car,” according to KGTV.
Upon sighting the officers, the man reportedly put on shorts and fled. He jumped over a fence and led police on a foot chase on the westbound lanes of Interstate 8. Traffic on I-8 was temporarily shut down until the suspect was caught at a nearby trolley station.
A car wreck was also thought to have been caused by the incident, but no injuries were reported.
It was not immediately clear if drugs were involved or what the man would be charged with.
