A 21-year-old Florida man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly receiving oral sex from a prostitute in return for crack cocaine in the front seat of a car while his two-year-old son sat in the back seat. According to Palm Beach, Florida’s WPBF, Silvestre Ramirez was arrested shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

A report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department said that an undercover deputy tasked with surveilling prostitutes saw a woman named Candace Henry get into Ramirez’ car. The officer followed as Ramirez drove to a house two blocks away.

Henry and Ramirez disappeared into the house, then emerged several minutes later. The officer then observed that Henry was performing oral sex on Ramirez.

As the officer approached the car, Henry burst from the passenger side door and fled the scene.

Ramirez was arrested and taken into custody. Arresting officers found the man’s two-year-old son strapped into his car seat in the back seat of the vehicle.

The 21-year-old was charged with solicitation of a prostitute and child cruelty. His bond was set at $13,000.

WPBF reported that police intend to charge Henry with prostitution “when they catch up with her.”
