Raw Story Managing Editor Kay Steiger appeared on RT’s “The Thom Hartmann Show” to talk about President Barack Obama’s “grand bargain,” in which he offers to trade middle-class investments like raising the minimum wage, boosting American infrastructure and closing overseas tax loopholes for a lower corporate tax rate.
