A suspended Pennsylvania police chief who gained national attention for posting gunfire- and profanity-filled videos on YouTube has now been accused of threatening a city official.

Gilberton Police Chief Mark Kessler uploaded another video to YouTube on Monday. In the video, Kessler shoots at a picture of an evil “tyrant” clown that he calls “libtard Eric.”

The Vice-President of the Gilberton Borough Council is named Eric Boxer. Kessler has repeatedly blamed Boxer for instigating his suspension, according to the group Keystone Progress.

“Kessler is a ticking time bomb who must be removed from his position immediately,” said Michael Morrill, executive director of Keystone Progress. “His suspension is over this week. This video is clearly intended to intimidate Gilberton Council members before they decide on his future. Kessler’s continued intimidation of people he disagrees with has created a climate of fear in Gilberton and beyond. It is outrageous to allow him to continue to carry a badge and a gun while he repeatedly intimidates citizens.”

The latest video is similar to another video that Kessler published earlier this year. In the previous video, Kessler shot at a picture of an evil clown that he referred to as House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

The Gilberton Borough Council suspended Kessler for using “borough property for non-borough purposes without prior borough permission” earlier this month.
