The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) suggested on Wednesday that televangelist Pat Robertson and another host had cured a viewer’s toothache because he watched them pray on television.

In a video titled “Jaw Infection Healed by Miracle Prayer,” a man name Darren said that a dentist told him that he had no option but to have surgery on a wisdom tooth.

An announcer explained that Darren was watching The 700 Club in June of last year when CBN host Terry Meeuwsen started praying with Robertson about an unknown person’s wisdom tooth.

“God is healing that for you,” she said.

“I didn’t even think of it at first,” Darren told The 700 Club. “And then I’m like, ‘My jaw isn’t hurting anymore.’ That’s when I realized that was for me.”

“Within days, all the pain left Darren’s jaw,” the announcer said.

“I haven’t had any problems with pain, not even so much as a twinkling of anything,” Darren confirmed. “And it helps me, knowing that God’s there to heal.”

Watch this video from The 700 Club, broadcast Jan. 8, 2013.
