Thirty people were injured after a Chicago Transit Authority train derailed and hit a platform at O’Hare International Airport early on Monday, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The injuries are not life threatening, according to early reports, Chicago Police Department spokesman Ron Gaines told the newspaper.

The train jumped a bumper at the end of the line at about 2:55 a.m. and moved up an escalator, Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford told the Tribune.

He said it was not clear how fast the train was moving at the time.
