During the 2008 presidential campaign, a conservative group wanted to air a film critical of Hillary Clinton on pay per view. The Federal Election Commission said that the film amounted to a political advertisement and the group would need to disclosed who paid for the film. The group refused and the film was never aired.
The Supreme Court is expected to rule on whether the Federal Election Commission's ruling was Constitutional. CNN's Jeffrey Toobin believes that the conservative group has a "pretty good" case and that the court will rule in their favor.
