Karl Rove says that liberals got what they want with the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. But if liberals are pleased Jonathan Turley expects the satisfaction will be short lived. "In terms of long-term satisfaction, she does not naturally suggest that she's going to be the equal of Scalia, and I think that that was the model for liberals," Turley told MSNBC's David Shuster.
"I think that a lot of academics are a little bit disappointed," said Turley.
