On Jan. 21, 2003, former President George Bush and former Prime Minister Tony Blair met and acknowledged that is was clear U.N. weapons inspectors weren't going to find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and since the start date for the military campaign was March 10, other excuses needed to be found. Keith Olbermann awarded the former president "Worst Person in the World" for insisting on war despite the lack of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
