Amid his re-election campaign, Gov. Rick Perry, R-TX, was questioned this week over the handling of a death penalty investigation. Back in 2004, Cameron Todd Willingham was executed after being convicted of killing his three children in a fire; a fire that some experts suggest was not arson.
