Pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood will appear at an event in Texas with QAnon conspiracists and two Republican officials.
Wood will be a keynote speaker at a three-day Memorial Day event in Dallas alongside Donald Trump's former campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, former national security adviser Michael Flynn, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Texas GOP chair Allen West, reported Newsweek.
They will also be joined by QAnon promoters Jordan Sather and Zak Paine, who goes by "RedPill78" online, at the For God & Country Patriot Roundup being held at the Gilley's Dallas complex and the Omni Dallas Hotel.
The roundup is organized by "QAnon John" Sabal and his wife Amy, who have been kicked off Facebook and Twitter for promoting the baseless conspiracy theory and are trying to rebrand at "The Patriot Voice."
Wood and Powell each filed lawsuits intended to overturn Donald Trump's election loss and have become popular figures in the QAnon movement, which law enforcement considered a violent threat even before adherents stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 to stop certification of Joe Biden's electoral win.
Tucker Carlson torn apart on CNN for spouting racist theory 'embraced by killers' and 'used for hate'
Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday doubled down on his embrace of the racist "great replacement" conspiracy theory that claims Democrats are deliberately "replacing" white people with immigrants to establish permanent control of the American government.
CNN host John Berman on Tuesday slammed Carlson for once again endorsing a conspiracy theory that has been invoked by multiple mass shooters in the United States as justification for massacring ethnic, religious, and racial minorities.
"What do you do with a racist theory chanted by white supremacists, embraced by killers, used for hate for generations?" Berman asked rhetorically. "Well, if you're Tucker Carlson, you embrace it again and again and again."
Contributor John Avlon then ran down the history of the "great replacement" conspiracy theory to show how Carlson is directly echoing neo-Nazi rhetoric -- and backing up his point by showing footage of white nationalists chanting, "Jews will not replace us!" at a rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
He then pointed out that many supporters of former President Donald Trump have invoked the "great replacement" theory as their justification for taking part in the January 6th riot at the United States Capitol building.
"There's a new study of that that fear of the great replacement may have been a prime driver, including that replacement theory might help explain why such a high percentage of rioters hailed from counties with fast rising nonwhite populations," Avlon said. "Tucker Carlson is playing to his base."

The Justice Department has presented new evidence that members of the paramilitary Oath Keepers stashed weapons at a nearby hotel during the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
Prosecutors have previously shown private messages between Oath Keepers leaders hinting at a quick reaction force that could respond to an escalation of violence during the riot, but a new court filing suggests that was more than just tough talk, reported Politico.
"We get that QRF hotel address yet?" asked Oath Keeper member Kenneth Harrelson during a Jan. 5 chat.
Cell phone data places Harrelson near a Comfort Inn in Arlington, Virginia, that day, but he didn't appear to return until the morning of Jan. 7, when surveillance footage appears to show him picking up luggage and a bag that looks like a "rifle case," prosecutors said.
The new evidence, which comes in a filing opposing Harrelson's release, shows prosecutors may have evidence to disprove defense claims that Oath Keepers only planned to guard against possible violence by Antifa activists and others who opposed former president Donald Trump.
"Defendant Harrelson's administrative control of an Oath Keepers chat as of just last month – after he purported to 'resign' from the organization and tried to disassociate himself from the actions of national leadership – demonstrates that he is a continued threat to the community," prosecutors argued.
The filing also shows that Oath Keepers turned on one another after security forces regained control of the Capitol after the insurrection.
"Didn't realize I was in an unsecured chat with a bunch of shit bags. And blue falcons," Harrelson said, using military slang for backstabbers.
