Maddow to critics: Being gay doesn’t make me wrong
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow takes on critics who gratuitously commented on her sexual orientation while criticizing her reporting on the Wisconsin clash over unions.
“Just because you don’t like the way it sounds when I say it, or you don’t like my haircut, or just because you don’t like that I’m gay, it does not make what we say not true,” Maddow said. “It was true when OpenSecrets said it, it was true when I said it, it was true when Mr. Smith said it.”
