New Jersey state Sen. Loretta Weinberg (D) told MSNBC host Ed Schultz Thursday that she wasn't going to be bullied by Gov. Chris Christie (R).

During a press conference Wednesday, Christie had asked reporters to "take the bat out" on Weinberg because she had collected a pension while still receiving a part-time paycheck.

"We have an anti-bullying law in the state of New Jersey of which I am a prime sponsor," Weinberg explained. "I would suggest that the governor sit down and read the laws of the state of New Jersey."
