Former Democratic U.S. Representative Alan Grayson (FL) announced on MSNBC's The Ed Show Monday night that he was running for his Congress seat once again.
Grayson made a name for himself thanks to an impassioned speech on the House floor defending health care reform. He was defeated by Republican Dan Webster in 2010.
He said if he were in Congress now, he would refuse to vote for any cuts to Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid.
