Stephen Colbert’s FEC-approved political action committee — Americans for a Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow — released its second political advertisement on Thursday.
The ad criticizes “outside groups like Jobs for Iowa” for using “cheap cornography” to promote the presidential candidacy of Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
“But Americans for a Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow believe Iowan’s deserve better,” Colbert says, before the ad shows some gratuitous images of corn. “And we’re going to give it to you.”
The group’s first ad urged Iowans to write-in “Rick Parry” at the Ames Straw Poll on Saturday.
“That’s Parry, with an ‘A’ — for America.”
