A Florida man was arrested this week after customers at a Cape Coral McDonalds restaurant complained that he was standing by an entryway popping pimples on his back, according to a police report cited by local media.

When an off-duty officer who was not in uniform confronted Owen Lemire Kato, 23, he allegedly gave a false name, then fled.

Once the officer caught up to him, he allegedly discovered a syringe for injecting OxyContin, the heroin-like prescription painkiller.

He also had an active warrant, for driving without a license.

Kato is now facing the added charges of evading arrest, providing a false ID to a police officer and possessing drug paraphernalia.
