Artūras Zuokas, mayor of Lithuanian town Vilnius, demonstrated his pro-bicycle policies and sentiments in a taped stunt now making Internet rounds.

The video depicts Zuokas driving a massive tank, gleefully running over a Mercedes illegally parked in a bike lane. When the shocked "owner" of the vehicle emerges from a store, Zuokas presents him with a handshake and a sort of "what can you do?" shrug, then sweeps up the glass from the crushed car with a pushbroom before riding away on his bicycle.
