Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) angrily attacked the government of Sudan during a hearing of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee, calling them war criminals and comparing them to the Nazis.

"They are fundamentally evil, and until you remove [Omar al] Bashir, this will continue," he said.

Bashir has unleashed an ethnically targeted campaign against the indigenous African tribes of Nuba, who supported the newly created country of South Sudan. The campaign is similar to the genocide that occurred in Darfur.

"If this was happening in southern France or southern Germany, this place would be electrified. It would be wild... and the world is standing by and allowing this to take place."

He called for everyone connected to the government of Sudan to be expelled from the United States.

"It's time for our government to do something," Wolf added.
