SNL’s ‘Fox & Friends’ spoof blames Obama for Hurricane Sandy
In a sketch broadcast Saturday night, NBC’s generation-old variety show “Saturday Night Live” poked fun at the notoriously anti-Obama morning talk show “Fox & Friends,” depicting the conservative network’s hosts blaming the president for failing to stop Hurricane Sandy.
“We’re on day seven of the recovery after Hurricane Sandy, the worst disaster the country has ever seen, all taking place under the Obama administration,” a faux Steve Doocy, played began.
“We’re now hearing that Obama knew about this storm days in advance!” a faux Gretchen Carlson added.
“And he did nothing to stop it!” the faux Doocy screamed.
