Pennsylvania man injured by dog-driven car: report
A Pennsylvania man was injured Wednesday morning just before noon when he was struck by a car that police said was propelled by a dog that was left unattended in the cabin.
Police in York, Pennsylvania told The York Daily Record that they received a call about a man laying unconscious in a road around 11:30 a.m.
The man was reportedly hit by a vehicle that was knocked into drive by the owner’s pet dog, who was left unattended in the cabin.
The Record noted that the man tried to stop the slow moving vehicle but it hit a parked truck, briefly pinning him between the two.
The man was not named, but police reportedly said he regained consciousness before being taken to a nearby hospital.
