An upstate New York woman was arrested twice on drunken driving charge within three hours.
Police stopped 26-year-old Catherine Butler for driving without her headlights early Saturday after she left a Halloween party.
Officers determined she was drunk, and she was arrested and taken to jail.
A friend came to pick up Butler, but she was pulled over again a couple of hours later and charged a second time with driving while intoxicated.
Police said Butler, who was dressed in a zombie costume for Halloween, registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 during the first arrest and 0.09 the second time.
Both levels exceed the legal limit of 0.08.
Police said the Rochester woman had two prior arrests for driving while intoxicated, but both were reduced to impaired driving and Butler was allowed to keep her license.
