Fox News' Outnumbered took on jokes about conservatives at Sunday's 67th Primetime Emmy Awards and came to the conclusion that the show would have been funnier if presenters had mocked liberals instead.
Both Julia Louis Dreyfus and Andy Samberg took shots at Donald Trump, while comedians Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele mocked the Republican presidential debates.
Fox News host Andrea Tantaros argued on Monday that the show was a "commentary on how bad humor has gotten."
Co-host Harris Faulkner said that she must be "missing something" because she did not understand why comedians told more jokes about Trump than Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
"It would be so much funnier if they criticized the liberals too," Tantaros agreed. "It so predictable that they are going to go after the Republicans. If they had real courage and they were really raw courageous comedians and entertainers like say -- 'We're so courageous about making statements about this and that' -- they would actually have the guts to criticize the liberals too."
