Police responded to another possible shooting less than two hours after the attack on a medical facility in San Bernardino, California -- but the incident appears to have been a false alarm.

The local police scanner stated that shots were fired at a Target store about 10 miles away from the Inland Regional Center.

But a security guard at the Target store said he didn't hear any shots, according to scanner traffic.

At least 20 people were shot after one to three gunman barged into the Inland Regional Center. The suspects are still at large.
