Father Stephen Crossan, was spotted using a £10 bill to snort cocaine during a party at his home on church grounds this weekend, according to The Sun. After a two-day bender, Crossan reportedly snorted the illicit substance and later put on a Nazi hat and did the salute.
"I shouldn't before snorting the white powder off a plate while talking to a friend," you can hear the man of saying in the video.
When approached by a reporter, Crossan insisted he's still an upstanding guy. "It was just the one night and that was it. I do not have an issue with drugs."
When it comes to the Nazi memorabilia an anonymous source who attended the event was shocked to see it coming from someone who is supposed to be an "upstanding member of society." Continuing, "The house was lovely but we were stunned to see the Nazi stuff. It was all over the house."
When asked if he was a Nazi member or Nazi sympathizer Crossan denied it.“I’m no Nazi. I collect historical stuff. There’s stuff there from every country.”
He went on to say that he was dealing with depression when the video was taken and out on "sick leave." He left the church but was still being supported by the parish. In a statement, the spokesman for Crossan's bishop said he will be supported through his time of need.
