Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) got the chance on Tuesday to have the Republican primary focus solely on him, but still ran into an onslaught of criticism online.
Cruz's victory speech after winning the party's Wisconsin primary brought with it heckling from not only liberals, but fellow conservatives. Fans of Donald Trump -- the front-runner in the Republican race -- were quick to downplay the lawmaker's argument that he is uniting the party:

One common enemy for both sides, however, was Fox News, as the conservative network was accused of cutting off Cruz's speech at the behest of Trump -- and also of being in the tank for Cruz.
