Sarah Silverman: Abortion wouldn't be an issue if men had to 'stick a camera in their urethra'

Comedian Sarah Silverman brought her own solutions to the abortion issue in an event in Brooklyn on Sunday, Refinery 29 reported.

Since womens' reproductive choices are tightly regulated in several states, she argued, lawmakers should monitor male ejaculations -- "in your sock or on your belly" -- just as vigilantly.

Men having to "stick a camera in their urethra and make them look at all the life they have in their balls" would also defuse the issue, she said while hosting this year's Vulture Festival.

Silverman also made reference to her work in a 2013 online telethon raising funds for women in Texas seeking access to reproductive health clinics, saying that the money raised was really used for them to "pay a babysitter so they can drive 10 hours."
