‘Grandiose + stupid’: The internet drowns Trump in mockery over his latest outburst on Russia collusion
President Donald Trump went off on another Twitter rampage Monday morning about Russia collusion — and social media users heaped scorn and derision on him.
The president accused his predecessor, Barack Obama, of doing “NOTHING” to stop Russian efforts to interfere with the 2016 presidential election, which Trump has previously disputed, and claimed that amounted to collusion and obstruction.
Trump and his associates are under investigation by Congress and special counsel Robert Mueller for allegedly colluding with Russia to tip the election and for obstruction of justice.
Let me get this right: Trump says Obama colluded/obstructed by doing nothing about the Russian hacking that Trump called a hoax for months. pic.twitter.com/NQIDtaBVag

Trump deliberately using the same words that he is accused of (colluded, obstructed) to try to justify his own acts? https://t.co/3OQigFndpk

Trump's tweets are designed to dominate the news cycle during the week GOP's healthcare repeal will be decided. Don't take the bait.

There is something rather disturbing about how Trump often puts quotation marks around "tapes". Let alone every other aspect of this tweet. https://t.co/aXFbeRDSvW

..under Mueller's magnifying glass, they will find "tapes." I'm scared enough of that to tweet on Russia 8 times in 2 days. I should resign! https://t.co/p5ibStXWtX
