The judge in comedian Bill Cosby's sexual assault case has ruled it a mistrial, CNN is reporting.

Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by dozens of women, although this particular trial only dealt with accusations leveled by Andrea Constand, whom Cosby allegedly assaulted in 2004.

In her testimony, Constand alleged that Cosby gave her drugs that put her under sedation before raping her.
