President Donald Trump on Friday drew ample ridicule for his claim that everyone in Europe right now is "talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA."

Podesta, the former chairman for Hillary Clinton's campaign who had absolutely nothing to do with handling the Russian hack of the Democratic National Committee, fired back at the president on Friday, and slammed Trump as a "whack job" who needed to "get his head in the game" during this week's G20 meeting in Hambur, Germany.

"Our whack job POTUS is tweeting about me at the G20," wrote Podesta, who said he learned of Trump's tweets while making a pit stop in West Virginia during a cross-country road trip. "Get a grip man, the Russians committed a crime when they stole my emails to help get you elected President. Maybe you might try to find a way to mention that to President Putin."

After Podesta pointed out that he had nothing to do with responding to the hack of the DNC last year, he took another shot at Trump for being so wound up by petty feuds instead of concentrating on representing the United States at the G20.

"Dude, get your head in the game," he concluded "You’re representing the US at the G20."
